This study examines the impact of social media sentiment and news events on retail investor behavior in Bit coin during periods of high volatility. Using a mixed-methods approach, we analyze the relationship between social media sentiment, news events, and Bit coin price movements. Our findings suggest that social media sentiment and news events significantly influence retail investor behavior, particularly during periods of high volatility. The study provides insights into the role of sentiment analysis and news events in shaping investor decisions, contributing to a better understanding of crypto currency market dynamics.
